Become a Volunteer!

Become an active member of The Wee Play Community Project by participating in the organization of this new community group dedicated to making Beacon a great place to be a parent and a child. There are so many things that we can do to make Beacon more child-friendly. Programs through the Recreation Department, supporting the children's needs at the Howland Public Library, create a parent network, new mom support, draw other family-friendly enterprises to Beacon...the possibilities are limited only by our willingness to make the effort. It's YOUR community...it will be what you make of it!
